Fantastic experience with Marie and everyone from Janke & Co Properties. Marie did a fantastic job of understanding what we wanted, even when we were not quite sure ourselves. She found us numerous options and was very patient with us as we looked at multiple properties and some of them several times before making a decision.She was invaluable during the offer/negotiation process. Her knowledge of the Galveston market and new versus old construction helped us get the beach home of our dreams at a fantastic price.We would not have met our closing date goal without Marie. She kept the title company, the sellers agent and our mortgage company (USAA) on track and and provided countless phone calls, text messages and emails to insure that all parties were aligned and documents processed in a timely and efficient manner. We had a great 1st weekend (Easter) in our new home and Marie and her family will be our first local guests invited to our inaugural Crawfish boil at our new beach home!
