We have had the pleasure of working with Lital Avnet twice. Additionally, my family has worked with her two other times. This all in the last two years. We wouldnt think twice about using anyone else. Li has always made herself available to meet as soon as possible. We were interested in finding out what our property would sell for initially. We contacted Li and she was able to meet with us the next day. Although we didnt pursue selling at that time, Li had an abundance of information for us to consider, helping us in the future. The next time we contacted her about purchasing and selling. In just a few days, she arrived with comparable purchasing properties for us to look over and comparable selling properties. She advised us that we could negotiate a lower price for the property we were interested in and also took us to see other properties in the neighborhood just to make sure we werent missing out on other properties. She is extremely personable and truly looks out for your likes and dislikes during your search. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and is very passionate about her work. At the end of the day, we fell in love with a bigger property at a better price. Li offered suggestions and considerations when putting in an offer. She fought hard for us and helped negotiate the best price. During contract negotiations, Li would be quick to answer or retrieve an answer for any questions we might have. Li made herself available to us round the clock. We never felt like we had to follow up with her. In fact, Li followed up on pretty much everything for us, sometimes before we even knew we needed something.
