Steven and Maryruth did an outstanding job of moving our house! We listed with them and had a buyer within 3 weeks at a really good price. They were in contact with us every step of the way and provided invaluable information in making decisions. Whenever we had a question or needed information, they responded immediately. At one point, I was locked out of my house and they quickly came over early in the morning to let me in. (story for another time. :) When we entered into the contract and had numerous inspections, they worked with us on the timing and the results. Both Steven and Maryruth were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They listened to our concerns and responded with information that assisted us in all our steps to closing. Because we wanted to rent for the next couple of years, they provided us with an app to use to find house in the town we were interested in and offered more assistance if needed. It was an easy process to list, stage, show the houses. They held open houses for us and used Social Media to spread the word! If we were to remain in the area and chose to buy in the future, we would definitely use The James Real Estate Group.

I am one happy client of Mary Ruth James. My prior experience of using an inexperienced real estate agent taught me a costly lesson. It took three years to get out of that hole so this time around I chose the James Real Estate Group given their years in business and knowledge of the area I wanted to move. Mary Ruth really got to know me and my family, what was important to use, the features and especially the neighborhood. She found the ideal home, but it was in an area where you can get into a bidding war. Mary Ruth knocked it out of the park. Because of her great networking skills, she knew the sellers agent who really enjoyed working with her in the past. Although there was another bid, the sellers agent recommended our bid and we got our house. A year and a half later, we feel right at home in our neighborhood, great schools and best of all, my home continues to appreciate! If I am ever in the market again, I will use the James Real Estate Group.

They went over all of the paperwork that came in with a fine toothed comb and caught so many errors that other agents missed, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our best interests were well-protected. They ran open houses weekend after weekend, scheduled countless showings, and ultimately found us a fantastic buyer at the price range we needed to make everything work.
