Recently I was asked to relocate to North Carolina for a promotional opportunity. I needed someone familiar with the local Nokesville market but more importantly someone experienced with corporate relocations. Thank goodness I found Scott Jacobs! Scott visited with us and walked our complex property making suggestions getting it ready for active listing. He worked very professionally with our third party relocation company making sure all the guidelines were followed. Scott did great featuring our property and marketing it accurately to get us lots of interest. In the end, it was an extremely fast and smooth experience thanks to Scott and his team. Jamie Cooper in the office is excellent support and was very helpful during the negotiation phase and prep for closing.
