Jennifer Howell is an incredibly knowledgeable realtor who helped us purchase our retirement home. Because we lived out of state she was our eyes and ears and allowed us to purchase an Alaskan home while living in the lower 48. Jennifer took lots of photos and spent plenty of time with us on the phone. She always answered our questions 24/7 quickly and showed great patience as we asked so many questions about living in Alaska. The best thing we appreciated is her honesty to let us know both the positives and negatives of each home we considered. She also knows a lot of contacts in the Kenia Peninsula and steered us to good contractors. When it came time for the inspection it was like the Jennifer Howell TV Reveal Show where we got to see and touch the home for the first time. It was such an exciting time for us as our expectations were far exceeded. Rarely do we highly endorse anyone but Jennifer Howell has been the best realtor we have ever come across.
