Words cannot fully describe the amount of gratitude I have for Uzzil. I am currently deployed, my husband is out-of-state, and we are new at home purchasing That right there is enough for a real estate agent to run the other way, but not Uzzil! She took the time to listen to our requirements and wishes and took to the ground running. She communicated through a variety of mediums (skype, phone, text, email) and reiterated everything twice or three times because of everyone being in different locations. I dont think we went longer than a day or two without hearing a status update from her. She was so attentive that at times I thought we were her only client (which was definitely not the case). She held our hands throughout the entire process and answered every question we had at any time of the day. I found her to be very knowledgeable with the northeast area of Anchorage. I do not think I could have found a more honest and caring agent. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone and everyone who is thinking about purchasing a home in Alaska. I couldnt be happier.

If there was an option above to select 6 stars, I would have! Ill start at the beginning: as advised I interviewed a couple different realtors at the start of my home buying process, and Uzzil shined head and shoulders above the other! I immediately got a sense of professionalism, competence, and caring! Over the course of about 2 months, Uzzil showed me around 50 homes (including 2 saturdays of about 15 homes each day) before I found the one for me. She never wavered in her commitment to finding me a home that I LOVE, and at a good deal! When it came time to make a deal, she was a fierce negotiator on my behalf, and got me a good deal on my home. Being a first time home buyer, I knew very little about the timeline or intricacies of the home buying process, and I was constantly impressed by Uzzils wealth of knowledge, so helpful and patient with me throughout! Uzzil is the consummate professional in all aspects of her business, and additionally a very kind, caring, and funny person! I got a home and a friend out of this process, and I would recommend anyone buying or selling to work with Uzzil. I wont work with anyone else in the future after working with Uzzil :)
