Lori was key to our home search efforts. We are relocating from another state and Lori worked with us via phone, email and FaceTime to find the perfect place for us. She even visited several properties numerous times to video for us, FaceTime with us and go with some of our family members for their review. She also gave us great guidance on the bidding process and worked with us to get the best deal on our new home. When we hit a snag close to the end of the process, she worked with the selling agent to get the bank and title company talking so that the delay was only one week rather than several. She talked us back from the edge on more than one occasion. We absolutely would not have found our new home or had a successful end to the process without her. My husband and I were first time buyers with a baby on the way. We did not really know what to expect. Lori always worked with our schedules and met us at the houses we requested in a very timely manner. She always seemed to be working behind the scenes searching for houses that would fit our check list. We would recieve emails with numerous listings on a weekly basis. All we had to do was simply send her a list of home's we were interested in and she set up the viewings. We saw many houses and bugged her with questions and wish lists, which she always professionally answered without hesitation. When it came to making our first offer she gave us suggestions on what she felt would be appropriate and at the same time followed our wishes and submitted the numbers we wanted. Aside from everything listed above we enjoyed working with Lori because of her bubbly, happy, and humble personality. She is very funny and down to earth. Not to mention thoughtful, after we bought our home we were welcomed with a beautiful gift from her left on our mantel. We first met Lori Beulah four years ago. She worked with us, as a buyer, to find a summer home in Campbell. This time, it was to help us sell our home. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she did anything a seller could expect from a realtor and much more!
