The worst example ever! She referred me to lenders who had NO idea what they were doing. We negotiated with the sellers to pay $7000 in closing, only for Kristy to get incorrect information from the lender, have me to agree to only $5500, because the lender told her that would be all we needed for closing, only to get to the closing table and owe exactly the amount we allowed the sellers not to pay. Then Kristy and her broker offered to pay $500 towards my fees to close the deal, only to back out the VERY next day and not even TRY to make ANY concessions to stand behind their word. Kristy has brought her son to every showing and even to my closing, which is VERY distracting and at closing, unprofessional. She still has some things to learn in my opinion. I do feel like once she gets there, she will be a good resource, but as of now I wouldn't recommend her.
