I was handling the estate of my late aunt and it was an emotional time for me. The home held many memories for me and my family and it was a difficult time. Ms. Holt listened to what I had to say, she had compassion and understanding. She met with me where and when it was convenient for me. My family and I had done some work in the home prior to her first visit. She asked questions and kindly offered some other suggestions which we decided to act on and I feel this was a huge help in getting an acceptable offer the first time. Once the paperwork was discussed and signed, she was quick to process it and was available for showing of the home. There was an acceptable offer with in 3 days of signing with her and the sale was quick to go thru. Ms. Holt was prompt in her email responses and phone calls to my many questions.

When I first decided to move I wasn't sure which realtor I should hire to help me sell my river home. I needed someone that could give me recommendations on staging, as well take good pictures for online websites. Also, someone that knew people that I could hire if I need work done on the house, ( i.e., windows ckeaned, house cleaner, contractors, etc.) Well I lucked out! Andrea Holt contacted me. When I met with Andrea and her partner Shelly Ritter. I was about 10 months before I could move, and I was very pleased with the service I received. They helped me get my home ready and staged so the online pictures looked great and the house showed very well. When it didn't sell right away (like expected), they had good suggestions of things we could do to get more visibility. They even took new pictures once spring had hit and everything was blooming. I believe they went above and beyound to find me the perfect buyer! Not to mention, they were both very nice to work with.

Andrea Holt is amazing. We were looking for a second home on the water but didn't really know anything about the Northern Neck. After meeting with Andrea, we knew we were in excellent hands. We gratefully appreciated Andrea's local knowledge. She directed us to areas that she knew would be a good fit for us and she found homes that matched our taste and interest. We could only visit homes on weekends. Andrea's persistence led us to the house of our dreams. Andrea was also instrumental in the closing process.
