Ed Newberry was amazing, to say the least! As I began my housing search in January, I initially contacted two other realtors to help me with my search. I was utterly displeased with their professionalism in helping me conduct my search. Due to the fact that I am a college student, these other realtors treated me like a child, which in my opinion, was inappropriate due to the fact that I was still a customer looking for a home. Shortly after, Ed contacted me and IMMEDIATELY helped me out. To start off, I gave Ed a description of what I was looking for and within 20 minutes, I had a list of homes from Ed in my email that matched all my criteria! This immensely helped me with my search. From here, Ed set up numerous home viewings on three separate occasions for me, all while working with my very busy schedule. My absolute favorite attribute of Ed is when house searching, he was honest. It wasnt just about making money, it was clear that Ed cared about what I wanted and that I got the best bang for my buck, which we accomplished! I am highly pleased with my experience with Ed and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Mike was great to work with, start to finish. As houses caught our eye on the listing, he was able to quickly find out their status. Once we found one available, he gave us 2 separate tours within one day and he submitted our offer the next day. He was able to recommend a starting offer price and how he thought the seller would respond and what amount he thought we would eventually end up at, and he was within $100. He also recommended a local lender who he has worked with in the past and our mortgage approval process was smooth and we closed on time.He knows a lot of local professionals and was able to make numerous referrals, and even still does even though we closed.I would definitely recommend Mike. Hes friendly and down to earth and always available. I consider him a great resource for all things home related.
