It took many drafts to compose this letter. I wanted my words to be as exceptional as the subject- Chad Saylor. Chad became my Realtor through a realtors recommendation. He was said to be a great representative of the Williamsport area. The first conversation we had lasted an hour and I must say having experienced many brokers before him, it was a divine pleasure to speak to a knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic human with a genuine interest in what could be done to help me meet my ultimate goal as it pertains to such a formidable change in my life and bank account! Chad and I met at an open house on a Sunday. He seemed very eager, and yet not pushy at the same time, to help me out and answer any questions I had. At the end of the tour he gave me his card and let that be that. I liked his personable honesty and so decided to give him a chance. I contacted him with a couple houses I wanted to see and he agreed to show them to me without even requiring me to sign anything or show proof of income. This helped him gain my trust and allowed me to get comfortable with him before I signed the contract to use him as my realtor. We then spent the next few months every Sunday evening looking at multiple houses. Once I had finally made an offer on my new house, he was patient with me and my extraordinarily busy schedule the whole time through closing. And even when closing was done and gone he stuck around and continued to help me with some issues involving the seller not holding up his end of responsibilities that were suppose to be done before closing. He was very knowledgeable about almost every question I asked him and if he didn't know he was eager to find the answer and got it to me as soon as he knew. He was also extraordinarily honest while still being tactful and at the same time didn't make me feel like he was withholding from me. Out of all the professionals I worked with through this process, from other realtors to the loan officers, he was the most knowledgeable, honest, and responsive of them all. I feel extremely lucky to have met chad and had him as my realtor and hope to keep in contact with him in the future. Thanks Chad!
