Melody was an absolute blessing! I am a medically retired combat vet. She was very knowledgeable of VA home loans, the entire process of purchasing my home, she seemed to know more about the lending process than my actual loan officer, she walked me through the entire maze of obstacles keeping me calm and uplifted the entire time. She made me feel as if I was her only client. I never felt like a number with her. She promptly returned my calls, and text messages, answered every single dumb question I had.
