Jaima made our first home-buying experience 100x less stressful than I thought it would be. She helped us through out the entire process. Started off by researching houses for us to find out availability (must have been 50 houses we threw at her, maybe more). Spent maybe 2 weeks driving out to houses scattered between Virgina beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Suffolk. She sent us detailed tour videos and showed us pictures of all these houses we asked about. Shared information about neighborhoods and personal/relatable opinions for our family with kids as far as location appeal and safety. She was literally with us for every step of the way from cradle to grave. She went over all the paperwork and explained anything and everything we had questions about. Jaima was extremely kind and patient with us despite my one million questions and constant phone calls to which she answered or called back immediately regardless of what she had going on. She made time for us and worked very hard for us. Highly highly recommend! Thank you Jaima!!!
