Kim Burton came highly recommended by a friend of mine who chose Kim to sell a house for her. After meeting with Kim to discuss the sale of my house, I was immediately impressed by the positive approach she exhibited to real estate matters. She told me she could sell my house in three days in the current market. I was somewhat skeptical of such a quick sale, but signed on with her due to her positive attitude. Despite a brief delay for a needed repair, that is indeed what Kim did! Many offers came in, including two competing top offers. Kim negotiated the sale in such a way to get me the best deal! Throughout the process, Kim and her partner, Clay, were always available to respond to questions and concerns and gave extraordinary assistance. Even after the house closing, which took place 45 minutes away, Kim literally stood by me and led me back to my neighborhood to assure my safety.
