Nathan came highly recommended by someone we knew. Unfortunately we didn't have the same experience others did. Every time we asked to see a home, Nathan was very quick about getting us into the home, but when he gets there instead of taking the 15 minutes to fully devote his time to us and answer our questions, he would stay on his phone with another customer or agent. He often step away to speak with them and when he spoke with us, he was always looking at his watch like we were taking too much of his time. Many times, he couldn't answer our questions about the home we were looking at, even the very basic information which can be found online. We eventually made an offer but during the process we felt like he was trying to get more out of us during the negotiation and made up tons of excuses for the selling company. We wondered if he was really representing us and looking out for our best interest or the selling company's. We also asked Nathan to send us listings in the local area with some property or a good size lot to grow on. We made it real clear that we don't want anything too far out because ill have to commute and I hate commuting. Instead of honoring our request, he kept sending us listings that were an hour or 2 out from the city we wanted to live in. We only continued to work with him because of the recommendation. We spent about 2 months working with him before we decided to switch agents. We felt that he was more of a key holder than a real estate agent. Nathan is a very nice person but he really needs to listen to his clients concerns and put his phone down for just a few minutes to address them.
