My husband and I were very satisfied with Rick Wanamaker.Not being familiar with the area we were moving in, we utilized Zillow to choose a real state agent. He is very knowledgeable of the market and has many connections that ended up being very helpful for us. He emphasized the positive and negative features of each home we visited, with respect to our needs.And, one of the most important things, he listened to us. We knew what we wanted from the beginning and he didn't try to push us to see anything else.
