Highly recommend! I was referred to Petros by a family member and it was the best decision I could have made for my home buying process. He was knowledgable in every area from the home, mortgage, inspections, and every other detail he had covered and knowledgeable in each area. He single handily guided the whole process to make it a stress free experience. I told him what I wanted and his vision was spot on. Every home he brought me to had exactly what I was looking for and only showed me quality homes with great resale value in the future, it was difficult to choose which one I wanted (which is a blessing in the home buying process). He guided my process and worked 24-7 to answer any questions or concerns. He was on top of his job every step of the process, which is great because time is of the essence! Although it's been years since I've bought my home I still contact him for any updates and advice for renovations to increase resale and he is always available to help. He is very honest, personable, and comfortable and after meeting him you feel as if you are home searching with a friend who has great advice! I have since recommended him to many friends and family members who used him and had the same happy successful results. I would never let anyone I care for go to anyone else! Petros helped us find and buy the perfect property we were looking for and at a price that we could afford.Purchasing a property in Tarpon Springs while living in Maryland takes a leap of faith and an agent that is both knowledgeable and patient. As Petros is native to Tarpon Springs, it was good to have an agent that both knew the area and the history of many of the properties we looked at. He was able to talk to us about which areas were best and why as well as issues that would present a problem. You can really lose your heart and your wallet if you're not careful as Tarpon is such a beautiful place. It was very fortunate to have him advise us when properties had potiential issues such as sink holes or structural problems. After finally settling on one we liked, he took the reigns and negotiated an outstanding deal for us. Bringing this to a close was a real task and Petros was there seeing things through. He was our point of contact during the entire process keeping the ball rolling and tactfully handling potential problems. He kept us informed and helped us wade through our closing with flying colors.
