Petros helped us find and buy the perfect property we were looking for and at a price that we could afford.Purchasing a property in Tarpon Springs while living in Maryland takes a leap of faith and an agent that is both knowledgeable and patient. As Petros is native to Tarpon Springs, it was good to have an agent that both knew the area and the history of many of the properties we looked at. He was able to talk to us about which areas were best and why as well as issues that would present a problem. You can really lose your heart and your wallet if you're not careful as Tarpon is such a beautiful place. It was very fortunate to have him advise us when properties had potiential issues such as sink holes or structural problems. After finally settling on one we liked, he took the reigns and negotiated an outstanding deal for us. Bringing this to a close was a real task and Petros was there seeing things through. He was our point of contact during the entire process keeping the ball rolling and tactfully handling potential problems. He kept us informed and helped us wade through our closing with flying colors.
