Where can I even begin with this review? When I met Michell I could tell immediately that she was a very principled person I could trust. My gut was 100% correct. A few weeks after closing on my first home, I?ve already spoken to her a number of times for advice! When she says she?s always there for you, beginning, middle, end, and beyond...she means it!My home buying experience was so beyond what I expected. Prior to meeting Michell, I was with a realtor who was busy and entirely unavailable, which was stressful. I felt the home search was entirely on my shoulders and I had to educate myself, by myself, as I went along. I actually began wondering what the point of a realtor really was outside of opening lock boxes and collecting a fee at close. After finally dropping that realtor, I found Michell. Thank God! She educated me thoroughly, kept me in the loop, encouraged me, and fought hard for the right deal for me. With Michell?s help, I was able to purchase a home I can grow into. She also provided a slew of information I?ll be able to tap into moving forward. I?ve already referred everyone I know to her, now I?m referring you. Don?t walk, RUN to Michell. She?s a shrewd lawyer turned realtor (yes! She was a lawyer!), with a heart of gold. You won?t do better. I?ll be with Michell for all my future home purchases! Thank you so much Michell!

Michell was incredibly insightful, realistic and straight forward as needed. Very knowledgeable in all areas of the Bay Area, including deeper areas of the North, South and East Bay. Her price points are incredibly accurate for rental and purchase. Very accommodating with regards to schedule flexibility especially during COVID times she arranged appointments and was available most times. Her wide ranging knowledge in cost, market trends and ability to manage expectations was crucial to us purchasing a home. She also has a lot of connections within the banking and loan industry which allowed us to secure funding for down payment, get pre-approved to make an offer and also to receive a mortgage loan after purchase at the best rates and incredibly fast. It was a full service! Her background as attorney was very insightful as we also received advice with regards to risk. Later, we used Michelle to help us rent our house, preparing disclosures with us and establish the appropriate price point there as well!!As a result of preparing for making an offer with Michell (looking at trend data, comps, surveying homes and all of the banking and loan preparations); we were able to zero in on a price point, a neighborhood and the first home we submitted an offer on, was accepted! We then closed and moved in within 2 weeks during the most aggressive and competitive market in history! We couldnt believe it! She wears many hats and wears them well. We are so fortunate to have met Michell.

After working with another realtor for almost a year, a friend turn us on to Michell, who had helped them source and purchase their dream home. We fired our old realtor that Saturday morning and hired Michell over the phone while we were out and about looking at open houses. We were able to articulate what we were looking for in a home, and Michell met up with us later that afternoon with 3 recommendations in mind. Home #1 was good, #2 was better, but #3 was exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to produce an (accepted) offer that week!Since then, we have purchased two homes with Michell - the first in 2012/13, which was a short sale that took 6 months to close; the second in 2014. She has always been attentive to our situation, and works diligently to ensure the success of our closings, and happiness with our purchase(s).
