Nate did an awesome job of helping us find our perfect home. The condo that he helped us buy had all of the things that we wanted. It was our dream come true home. We looked at a few condos but the ones that were in our price range were selling so quickly that we were afraid that it would take a long time to find what we wanted. He did a great job of answering our questions and always answered our calls or called us back if he was not available at the moment. There was a condo that came on the market and that same day Nate set us up with an appointment to look at it. He obviously knew what we wanted as it was perfect for us. We called him that night and asked him to put in an offer for us and the next day our offer was accepted. We are so excited to be living in our new home that is in a great area of Cedar Rapids. Nate helped my husband's family sell his Mother's condo so that she could move into an Independent Living community and she loves where she is living. Because of his help with selling her condo, that is the reason why we wanted Nate to help us in buying our condo. Thanks Nate, for all of your help and guidance.
