Andy and Moon have sold so many houses in Saratoga. They have handled all sorts of uncommon situations and houses. Their deep experiences produced excellent results for this unique house. Andy is such a wonderful negotiator. Beyond a good price, he got us free two-week rent back and waivers for works following inspection reports.
