Casey Serafino-Lee is the consummate professional realtor. Her office is located in Alameda County. She was highly recommended by a friend who used her service. We asked if she would show us homes in San Joaquin County as we were relocating from the Bay Area. Not an issue! For over 2 months, we made the hour drive from the Bay area to the San Joaquin neighborhoods we desired. We looked at several potentials and found the most perfect home for us equipped with a beautiful large swimming pool. Her efforts and resources for setting up viewing potentials was amazing. We viewed 4 / 5 homes each trip out to San Joaquin County. We bid on a gorgeous home in Manteca, as did other prospects. Casey worked her magic and we won the bidding efforts close to the seller's original asking price. She was very professional thinking of our needs and built in safety precautions that allowed flexibility if any snags occurred during the various escrow requirements.
