Michelle was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process of selling my home. She was always early when we set up meetings in person and she always responded to my text messages and emails promptly- literally within 30 minutes. Michelle took the time to hear all my concerns and expectations. Afterwards, she worked with me in outlining a schedule and plan that was comfortable for me. She managed to exceed all expectations and was very patient with my family and I. Speaking of my family, they were just as involved with the process of the sale and Michelle, without tire managed to consistently keep everyone in my family up to date as well. The result speaks for itself. Michelle was able to help me negotiate a sale to secure me an amount $25,000 over the listing price. A+ work. Michelle was extremely helpful through our entire process of selling our home and buying a new home. She is very knowledgeable and walks you through each step with patience. She was always available for questions and for appointments, even on her days off and she was pregnant at that time. My family and I have a lot of questions and concern about the house we brought and the home we are selling. And yet, Michelle was very patience with all the questions we have.
