It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Philip Ralph. Lets set aside the fact that Phil is one of the nicest dudes you will ever meet, and talk about his skills as a Real Estate Agent. I bought a home from Phil a few months ago by driving by a home that I found right here in Zillow. I just planned to drive by and take a look at the house from the outside, but Phil was here having an open house, so I walked in. I walked up to the home and smelled fresh baked cookies. This was already a win!!! When I came in Phil immediately greeted me although he was speaking with another prospective client with a smile, and said "welcome, feel free to look around." As soon as the other couple left, Phil gave me his undivided attention, showed me around the house, and told me about the history of the home. That history also included that this was the second time he was selling this home, and that he also sold the home to the sellers. That say's it all right there, and if I ever decide to sell my home, I will with Phil. Think about that!Here it is. If you are looking into buying a home that Phil is selling, if you are looking to buy a home that Phil ISN'T selling, or if you are looking into selling a home, PLEASE work with Phil. The entire sales experience I had with Phil was about 3 days, from handshake to close, and was an amazing experience. Phil knows the market, knows the sales process, and makes buying a home FUN. Super nice dude, knows the market, bakes cookies! Buying a home is usually stressful, but buying a home through Phil was FUN.I highly recommend Phil. The dude is awesome!!!!Sean
