Phil and Stella met with us to discuss selling our home in 95130 on 3/17/20 - just before the world changed, the Bay Area went into SIP for the first time, and there was massive uncertainty all around. They worked with us to ride out our concerns about the market and find just the right to sell our home. They were absolutely excellent in every way! We met with Phil and Stella about five months before our house went on the market. When we needed to have a service or inspection done they were quick to make recommendations and visit our home personally to ensure a smooth process.
