We worked with Phil and Stella to sell our first home and it was absolutely a positive experience! We had not previously worked with, nor did we know anyone, who had worked with Phil and Stella before. We had received their newsletters and saw their signs in our neighborhood over the years so we decided to give them a call. It was honestly the best call we made! Selling our first home was an emotional decision for us. We purchased the home as newlyweds and expanded our family over 14 years. Long work commutes and time away from our family were the determining factors in selling our home. Phil and Stella were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding through every step. We never felt rushed into making a decision and they were always looking out for our best interests, instead of just closing the deal. They took care of scheduling inspections, coordinating with consultants, etc, so we could focus on our family and the transition ahead. Anytime we had questions, they were both available via phone, text or email, and never made us feel silly with our millions of questions. They also connected us with a real estate agent to help find our new home. Even though they were not involved with the purchase transaction of our new home, they were more than happy to assist our other agent, answer questions, and coordinate with the escrow company. We would highly recommend them and if we still lived in the area, we would definitely use them again!

From start to finish, we had the best experience selling our Campbell home with Phil and Stella. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them. When we first engaged with Phil and Stella, we were on the fence about whether it was the right time to move house and they helped us immensely with market insights, good quality, fact based information about market conditions and trends. They struck a balance that my wife and I greatly appreciated where they provided enough information to empower us to make our own decisions, without imparting their own opinions. Finding a realtor you can trust, who is looking out for your interests above their own is incredibly difficult but incredibly important and we found that in Phil and Stella. It was almost two years from our first acquaintance until we decided to make the move but Phil and Stella were there, patiently supporting us the whole journey. Once we decided to list our home, things moved fast (as wed asked for), inspections, staging, photography, a video tour, viewings and open houses were all executed extremely efficiently. The house was marketed far beyond our expectations. Our house literally exploded onto the market! The proof was in the response, we had 81 parties view the property and received multiple offers far over asking. The house sold exactly 7 days after going on MLS. For as long as these two are in business, we know that we have trusted realtors in the Bay Area.
