We are glad we met Mike and his wonderful team at Genesis at the right time. We interviewed several agents but decided to list our home with Mike as he came across as a person with deep market knowledge and expertise in our neighborhood. His attention to detail impressed us. He carefully considered and listed all tasks needed for prepping, staging, marketing, managing repairs, and finally bringing the home to market. Despite having a busy schedule, it always appeared like he had our project under control with the highest priority. He was always on top of my texts and emails, with a super fast response time. His team is top-notch as they handled every aspect of the listing according to plan. With our limited budget for home remodeling and repairs, Mike picked the projects with the most bang for the buck. All the work by his contractors were of impeccable quality. His photographer and staging team were excellent too. Their high-quality, professional-grade photos and staging furniture set the perfect tone for our listing. We had a busy open house weekend with constant updates from the team on the number of visits, disclosure downloads, etc. We got multiple offers in the first week of listing! He never pushed us one way or the other and gave us enough time to consider and make counter offers with the buyers. In the end, he was able to negotiate and get the best deal for us. After we signed our agreements with the buyers, the market took a dramatic turn and started to cool down. Mike had been warning us all along that he was already seeing signs of a slowdown and that he expects the market to turn around anytime. They acted fast and prepped the house in time, which gave us the right opportunity to sell our home for top dollar. I am very grateful to have worked with Mike. He is one of the best realtors to work with in the Bay Area. He has thorough, in depth knowledge of the areas, and gives the right advice for his clients without being too aggressive. We hope to work with him again in the future!

We worked with Mike and his team for buying our first home in the Rivermark area. Mike's genesis team is very professional and helpful and we had an amazing experience working with them. His team spend more than enough time showing us numerous listings in the area for almost a year without any hesitation. Mike has impressive local knowledge about CMA's and area listing and was able to guide us well during negotiation. We finally succeed in getting our first house!. During closing, Mike's team was on top of closing process, contacting seller's agent as well as the lender to keep things moving smoothly. After closing, Jorge was extremely helpful and responsive in finalizing our move, even handling issues such as missing keys/mails etc. Overall, we were extremely satisfied working with the genesis team's. I highly recommend Mike as your real estate agent, especially if you are looking in Rivermark area.
