Rusty made the sale of my condo so easy! Seriously--I am so busy in my life right now, I really needed someone to take charge and take care of this sale soup to nuts. We talked at some length and he had great ideas immediately for what we should do in the condo to make it more attractive--not too much, but not too little. I handed him the keys (we had vacated the condo) and he took care of everything. Repairs, new fixtures and appliances where appropriate, paint, carpeting, and then staging, filming. The little he suggested spending--which he covered until the sale--brought us three offers at the first open house, one of which was $120,000 over the asking price. He so earned his commission and he was so right about what we should do in the condo to really enhance its appeal. And he kept me updated via e-mail each step of the way. I never imagined sale of a property could go so smoothly. If I ever do this again, he's the guy I'll call.

Oh where to begin.... Rusty and his team are phenomenal! Our family had a long distance move to make and Rusty and Alex A. helped make the transition a smooth one for us. Their full concierge services was exactly what we needed for this move. The communication from beginning to end was clear. Rusty even provided us with a timeline spreadsheet that we truly appreciated as a visual to keep us on track with our busy schedules! Alex A. made sure that the timeline was followed and adjusted it if we needed more time. They were always available when we had questions and were a pleasure to work with. We cannot say enough positive things about having Rusty as our Real Estate Agent. We struggled in this unique market, but he was very patient in explaining the process to us. He went above and beyond our expectations in professionalism, correspondence and working for us. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us find a place that we felt comfortable purchasing. Not only were we extremely impressed with his work in getting us the home we love, but we also received very positive feedback from the sellers. When we met with the sellers, they informed us that it was Rusty that swayed their decision to accept our offer. They (and their agent) enjoyed working with Rusty, they said that he personally delivered the offer and that they truly felt that he was advocating for us. Buying a home seemed to be a daunting task that I wanted to give up on, but when we started working with Rusty he made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation.
