Oh where to begin.... Rusty and his team are phenomenal! Our family had a long distance move to make and Rusty and Alex A. helped make the transition a smooth one for us. Their full concierge services was exactly what we needed for this move. The communication from beginning to end was clear. Rusty even provided us with a timeline spreadsheet that we truly appreciated as a visual to keep us on track with our busy schedules! Alex A. made sure that the timeline was followed and adjusted it if we needed more time. They were always available when we had questions and were a pleasure to work with. Rusty is a trustworthy individual with integrity, a must have for a realtor! I would highly recommend Rusty as an agent to family and friends. After working with several other agents that weren't able to produce for us, our dream of owning a home was slipping away. Then we met Rusty. Rusty was extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time that was needed to get the job done. We were first-time home buyers, and Rusty explained each step of the process and made us feel at ease. Being a first time home buyer is a scary thing, but Rusty was there every step of the way to put us at ease. We started with very little knowledge of the home buying process, and no idea who to reach out to. Rusty contacted us quickly after we had made an inquiry on a zillow listing. Rather than giving us a sales pitch, he recommended that we meet in person so that he could introduce himself and teach us a bit about the way buying a home works. It was exactly what we needed, and we knew right away we wanted him as our realtor.He's been awesome since :) Working with Rusty was like interacting with a friend, which is nice since home buying and the paperwork that comes with it can have a bit of a business transaction feel. He kept it enjoyable AND professional.I have nothing to say but great things about Rusty, and couldn't be happier with his help in buying our new home!
