After working with several other agents that weren't able to produce for us, our dream of owning a home was slipping away. Then we met Rusty. Rusty was extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time that was needed to get the job done. We were first-time home buyers, and Rusty explained each step of the process and made us feel at ease. He was always available (even during non-office hours) to answer any of our questions and was always just a phone call away. Rusty went above and beyond - meeting in person with the selling agents, hand-delivering offers, and whatever else he needed to do to get our offers were accepted. We are so thankful for everything that Rusty did for us, and we are loving our first home. We highly recommend Rusty and look forward to working with him in the future.

We stumbled upon Rusty when he was assisting seller's agent to run an open house that we attended without an agent. Rusty was very helpful in answering our questions regarding the property and general market conditions. We were somewhat hesitant to engage someone as buyer's agent when they were affiliated with the seller but thought having an "in" in a highly competitive process might be advantageous. As my wife and I are both attorneys, we initially viewed everything through the conflicts lens and were somewhat skeptical that he could fairly represent our interests.Rusty quickly put our minds at ease. He was so thorough and responsive. He was willing to push the sellers in negotiation and gave honest assessments regarding repairs, neighborhood characteristics, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the current market environment and bidding strategy and we were able to secure an amazing home prior to the bid submission deadline while still reserving all of our contingencies (which resulted in numerous bids, some of which were higher than the price we paid). We enjoyed working with Rusty so much that we have engaged him to assist with my Mom's home purchase. If I can recommend him to family, I would certainly recommend him to whoever is reading this review.
