We can't say enough great things about having David as our realtor. We must have looked at 30 homes together. We bought our house in the very competitive Brentwood market. While we were at times very discouraged, David always remained confident and optimistic, insisting we would find the right house for us. It was such a pleasure working with David. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to us "newbies" throughout our search. He told us to call/text any time of day, 7 days a week, and he held true to his word throughout. When it came time to put an offer in on the perfect house, we felt confident knowing that David would do whatever it took to get us that home. David was not only friendly and easy to get along with; he was knowledgeable and helpful, both during and after the process. Additionally, David is extremely well-connected. We feel reassured knowing that David can refer us to just about anyone for any needs we might have (movers, cleaners, handymen, electricians...).
