We reached out to Jordan a few months ago because we were curious about the house selling process -- without too much expectations and commitment. Within these past few months, Jordan had not only helped us sell our house a few weeks after our initial conversation, but he had also helped us purchase a home on our first offer with him. Selling our house: Within a few hours of signing the listing agreement with Jordan, he already had buyers scheduled for tours. We were able to get multiple offers at the deadline that were much higher than we had initially anticipated thanks to his negotiations. We were thinking about going with a Discount Agent, but we believe the sale price that Jordan had negotiated was well worth having him as our agent. We were also in constant communication throughout the entire process. Purchasing our house: We had already started with another realtor for our home purchase, but after multiple failed offers (one of which was even the top offer), we had decided to reach out to Jordan again because we needed his networking, responsiveness and frequent communication with listing agents to help us close on a house in a competitive market. He was able to book showings with short notice, and provide all the necessary information regarding each house in a timely manner. With Jordan, we got our first offer accepted and he advocated to get the best value for us on our behalf (appraisal ended up coming in higher than our purchase price). With Jordans negotiations, we truly believe that we sold our previous house (in the east bay) at the highest possible offer, and we were able to purchase our current home at a great value in a great location (peninsula) despite the current state of the housing market. We cant thank Jordan enough with how much he has helped us with both selling and purchasing our house. We have recommended him to all of our friends and family that are feeling the pains of the current market (and it seems like everyone is trying to purchase a home at the moment).
