I unexpectedly met Ernesto in late 2018 when I stopped by an open house in Downey after dropping my dog at the groomers - true story! We began to chat and I mentioned that I was starting my journey towards home buying. We exchanged info and went about our day. A few weeks later, he called me to follow up on our conversation and I told him that I would contact him when I was really ready to chat and he said aEURoeno problem - I'm ready when you are!aEUR? I called him spring 2019 and we began to see what I would qualify for and began our search for the perfect condo in north Inglewood (my husband and I work in Playa Del Rey - we wanted to be closer). 6 months later and a dozen places later, we found our dream (investment) first home. I wasnt the easiest person to deal with as I knew what I wanted and knew I didnt want to budge on certain things. But that didnt phase Ernesto at all, he was calm, patient, and so knowledgeable! He fought for us every step of the way, never pressured us and knew what to say when we (I) panicked. Ernesto will always be my go-to, along with all the people he recommended to us from home inspectors to repairmen! Thanks again, Ernesto!
