Highly trustable and knowledgeable.If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the market trends, construction/hardware and also finances, Kashif is your guy. What I liked the most about Kashif is his persistence and patience. He followed up with everything in a timely manner and made sure that we had all the context before making any offers. He never tried pushing us over any decision like many realtors out there.My wife and I were the first time home buyers so obviously we were concerned about the kind of realtor we should go with. We didn't want someone who would rush us through something that we were not comfortable with. I spoke to a few realtors and even worked with one for a couple of months. Being the first time homebuyers and with the seller's market being at its peak, we were not able to see any success.We then met Kashif in one of the open houses he hosted in Milpitas. The house was very well presented. We approached Kashif and decided to give him a chance and I'm very glad we did decide to go with Kashif.

We purchased our first home with Kashif's help and I could'nt have been happier with his work.He took my complete lack of knowledge and answered every dumb question I had.He was always available when I would message him to tour homes we liked. Kashif is very knowledgeable and would point out the pros and cons of the house . Once we were ready to make an offer ,Kashif was invaluable in helping us prepare a very competitive offer in time.He kept constant communication with the seller agent and provided us critical advice for the winning deal.Even the seller agent was very happy with the way our offer was presented which is very important in the Bay area market.His work has'nt stopped with just getting us the offer . He is so commited to getting things in order for us for a smooth closing.He is providing us with lots of information and resources even after the sale.I find this trait to be the most important.We are thankful to Kashif for helping us get our First home.

No wonder why these gentlemen are top realtors for years!!, i would say it's purely their dedication, market knowledge and experience to tackle in every difficult situation. I give them 5 stars and could give more if there are more stars available :).I never make decisions purely based on stars/reviews, so I did talk to Kashif many times before signing the listing agreement and I have to tell you that, i am so proud of making that decision. It was not a straightforward sale, there were many hurdles after accepting the offer but with the help of Kashif and Malik all of them were resolved in a matter of days which I am sure would otherwise take months and more difficulties along the road of final closing.This is my best experience that I ever had after dealing with many realtors in the past!, I would strongly recommend Kashif and Malik and would love to work with them for any of my realtor needs in the future. good luck and god bless you both and your team!
