Highly recommending Paulomi for your next home project! As Paulomi is reliable, knowledgeable, approachable and completely dedicated to her job as a realtor. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients' needs in their home buying/selling projects. When we decided to upgrade, we approached her. We discussed our needs for the new home, area, schools and other such factors, as well as budget, during our first meet. She helped us get a pre-approval letter by recommending us few lending officers, upon our request. We got very good rates. During first few open house visits, and after offers on a couple of houses (she worked greatly to prepare offers and follow-up), we figured it was challenging to balance needs and budget. She suggested to consider another area that was a better fit for our needs. After discussions with her and several open house visits in that area, we were convinced that the pros outweighed the cons , thus she helped resolving the target area. She never forced us or over-insisted to go for a house that we were not sure of. We liked a house, worked on the offer, provided all the info that she suggested as per her experience. Our offer got selected, which was below the list-price. Also, she checked all the reports and other factors, got sorted out all the concerns proactively, as well negotiated price further down, and ensured we don't regret later on. I didn't have to worry much over doing all this by myself alone. She was there throughout the buying process until we moved in. This is what you look for from a professional service provider, and that's what we got.. Really blessed to have her on our side and taking matters in her hands as if it's her own property buying project. Again, highly recommending Paulomi for your home project..
