Their prediction on the sale price turned out to be very accurate, and their strategy for pricing and promoting my home was spot on. They are also true strategists, because they really know how to position our condo in the market for a better price, even though it means a lot of extra efforts for them. They suggested a simple innovative upgrade which made a huge difference to my condo, which was really amazing! Their responsiveness was incredible.
