Kim recently sold our home in Dublin at blvd and helped us buy a home in San ramon and was a key factor in negotiations and a smooth transition to closing. My husband and I were so nervous that we could buy a home with 10% down before we sell. After our first meeting within 2 weeks we were in contract in San Ramon. We both were super shocked. We got beautiful SFH. The moment we closed on home, she sold our home at the first Open House for the highest price in our neighborhood. She was there for us 24/7 guiding us through the process. We recently purchased a home in Dublin, with Kim as our buying agent. Kim made the process of buying process so smooth, that we didn't have to run to meet any deadlines. She made sure the process was least disruptive. Even with our 5-day vacation in the middle of transaction, she made sure the deal is closed in 2 weeks, and made sure we get the keys to our home on the exact auspicious day, neat and clean. Kim also gave lot of advice and explained concepts that are otherwise alien to first time home buyer. As first time home buyer, our experience was even enhanced when she brought sweets (as per our customs) on the day we got possession of the house.
