We recently used Stacey Standal as our agent while buying a home. She spent many hours and days showing us properties that met our specifications. Each time we met, she had a new list of possibilites for us to tour. Stacey was very patient as we changed our minds about what features we were looking for, and was punctual for each meeting. She had a good knowledge of the many areas we explored before deciding on Folsom, and was always prepared and organized when it came to viewing empty homes as well as those that needed an appointment ahead of time. When it came to writing up our offer and negotiating with the seller's agent, Stacey paid attention to all the details and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole process from touring properties to the recording of our new home took less than three weeks. My husband and I would highly recommend Stacey Standal as an agent for anyone listing or buying a home.

Stacey was very responsive. We were living 4 hours away and Stacey stayed in close contact sending info on homes she thought we would be interested in or those suited for us. We would let her know which homes we wanted to see then drive up on weekends. We did not negotiate, however, after deciding on the home of our choice she worked with the other Realtor to reduce the price due to some work required in the future. She was always on our side. We later found out that two of her weekends had been very important family events yet she showed us around entire days making us feel important. Stacey also educated us on our new area. She is very familiar with this area having grown up here. She showed us places where our grandchildren would enjoy while visiting us. After our purchase Stacey had the maintenance man for the Real Estate office come out to the house and do some minor fixes.It has only been 2 weeks since we moved in to our new home and Stacey has checked on us a few times inquiring any needs or desires. We would like to rate her A #1.
