We were referred to Graeham by a very close friend. Right from our very first meeting until closing of the deal, Graeham patiently explained each step of the process and provided valuable guidance since we are first time homebuyers.After the first 1 or 2 showings, he was easily able to understand our changing needs, our likes and dislikes. After every open house/showing, he would ask us for opinion and he continued to adapt his search criteria based on this feedback loop. At no point during this time did we feel Graeham to be pushy. He is extremely patient and respects his client's choices. He is also not the kind to give his clients false hopes.Another remarkable thing about him is that he's very meticulous and connects with his clients on almost a daily basis. When the sellers accepted the offer on our new home, the first thing that he was concerned about is if we are happy with the house. He genuinely cares about his clients' interests. In summary, we consider ourselves immensely lucky that we got to work with Graeham. We will not be looking for another realtor as long as he's in business!
