Alex Southivong was very insightful, polite, and prompt in his responses to my questions as a first time home buyer. I had just about 100 questions a day and he answered them all diligently and eagerly. When it came time to put in our first offer; his organizational skills in his presentation was really what help us win the bidding war (aside from the money of course, LOL). The methods in his presentation are up to date with our times and just really easy on the eyes. Aside from his politeness in communication and care, he was aggressive when the time called for it. I would definitely recommend using Alex as your realtor because he made me feel so comfortable with my endless questions and he was very knowledgeable. One thing that I really appreciate about him is that throughout all the madness of the process, he was always very realistic about the market and its fluctuations. That definitely help keep me in the mindset I needed to be because this process can really tug on your emotions. Nonetheless, Alex won us our first offer! We sealed the deal and now I'm a homeowner. Alex, although relatively new in this career is hands down any aspiring home buyers best asset! I was nonchalantly window shopping with no real intent to pursue purchasing a home. I found a property that I really liked and reached out to Alex for simple advise regarding the importance of having a buying agent for representation. Not only did he quickly convince me that it was important but he setup a showing the next morning. He also advised and assisted with setting up a few other property showings while we were at it. I ended up telling Alex that I wanted to pursing the initial listing that I found. We game planned on how to approach our offer. Alex went right to work and diligently presented me with a handful of comps which actual was HUGE! He also provided me with and read all the disclosures (you know, the 100+ pages of boring yet very important information of the property). He made sure even HOA was in good standing, something I wish my previous agent had done for me for a different property!Whatever questions I had he would do his own due diligence by shifting through all the disclosures or reach out to the listing agent. If it was something he didnt know, he did not hesitate to let me know that he would reach out to his senior mentors and get back to me!We ultimately closed the deal on the property thanks to the strategic offer game plan. We werent the highest offer and were able to outbid 2 other offers, one being an all cash offer! Alex was also thee most organized out of all the players in the process. He made sure all parties stuck to the timeline as best as he could.Working with Alex on this property was my best decision! One can only dream of such a smooth transaction from beginning to end! It has been 2 months since closing and Alex STILL reaches out me to see how things are going with the new place! Hes truly a gentleman and genuinely cares about his clients! I will be continuing to use Alex for all my future real estate endeavors! Highly recommended! Thank you Alex!
