We met with Reena Shee in January of 2019 to discuss selling my mom's condominium so that she could finally retire. Our initial meeting went very well, impressed with her knowledge of the market especially in Sunnyvale within this particular complex. She was hired on the spot. Reena brought in a stager and designer to recommend enhancements to the property that would increase the value and get top dollar. Reena and her team are very patient as it took my mom 6 to 8 weeks to clear out 35 years of living, but once that was done all the repairs and enhancements went like clockwork, and before you knew it, the property was on the market and sold shortly thereafter for more than asking price. Reena is extremely approachable, responsive, and caring. She make me wish I had another property to sell!
