Hello, we are Sonam & ShridharWe owned a townhouse in Newark, California, and after 2 years we decided to sell it. I would quickly like to walk you through the whole process.We started looking for realtors and fortunately got Rennas contact from one of our close friends. Initially, we had thought of talking to a couple of realtors before choosing one, and Renna was the first one on our list. We booked the initial appointment with her and she was very generous to drive to our home which was a very long commute for her. Being very impressed with her strategy and planning we dropped the plan of interviewing anyone else and decided to go with her. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. She made us feel comfortable and confident while dealing with quite a big decision about our life.As the next step, she brought her entire team to visit our property. Everyone in the team had an area of expertise and was equally excited in the journey as we both were. After observing our house, floor plan, etc. they explained to us how they are planning to stage it, what all things would need a replacement, what were the selling points, etc. We also discussed the schedule for going on market and the open house.Renna and her team were on toes in responding to any silly question of ours or even to help in any problem. Rabia, who was the project manager arranged the movers to move our stuff and she even visited our new accommodation to make sure the transition went smoothly.By the time we decided to list the house COVID-19 was picking up in the bay area. This had started raising alarms in our heads. Renna was very supportive and constantly in touch with us making sure we dont panic. She handled the situation very professionally. Just a day before the listing date, we had a final discussion to decide on the price. She gave a fair market analysis to help us come up with a reasonable number.We listed the house on Thursday and scheduled an open house for the weekend. We were very skeptical as open house traffic had slowed down in the area due to COVID-19, but again Renna was present in person for the open house and made sure the visitors were completely satisfied. Also, she was in constant contact with us and gave timely updates. Our open house was a great success and we had quite a good number of buyers visiting. One of our neighbors from the community visited the open house and gave very positive feedback about Renna.By Sunday evening, Renna had already started the conversation with multiple buyer agents. She also handled the negotiation, keeping us in the loop all the time. Finally, on the same night, she got us the final offer which was above the listing price.Starting from showing deep interest in our process, explaining each and every step patiently to first time sellers, guiding us through the journey, and ensuring complete satisfaction of the customer, Renna and her team truly deserve our gratitude.To sum up, putting trust in Renna and her team was the best decision we took.
