We have hired Keith Walker twice now to sell a home in Cupertino in 2000 and just recently to sell our home in Campbell. He truly has the local knowledge expertise so critical in today's marketplace. It was incredibly important to us that Keith be the resident expert since we conducted the sale, remotely, from our home in Portland, Oregon. Keith did not disappoint! He took care of every single detail promptly and professionally. We had some remodel work done on the master bath and Keith supervised all contractors involved and saw to it that everything was done first class and on time. We were informed of progress on a daily basis and never felt the need to travel to Campbell to check on progress. He made some very critical suggestions about pricing that allowed us to maximize our capital gains and to close quickly and easily. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we had such a wonderful experience working with both Chia and Kris. Chia is very personable. She took the time to meet with us and really get to know us and our needs. Throughout the process of viewing many houses with us she remained patient. She always made the effort to follow up on all of the viewings with us. She really thought about our personal needs when we were viewing homes as we were expecting our first baby. All in all, it just felt like we have known her long before we started to look for homes. That in itself shows how personable she is. She also pointed us in the right direction from the beginning so that we would put our best foot forward; setting our budget and getting us to get our pre-approval done earlier on.Thank you Chia! Kris on the other hand is a professional at best. He is very approachable and patient. We viewed so many homes with Kris and honestly my husband and I were so unsure of what exactly we wanted. He made many unnecessary trips out of his way to look at houses he probably knew we wouldnt even like. And with how quickly the housing market was moving he made sure we got into homes as quickly as possible. It never felt like he was bothered by our urgency and uncertainty. We also appreciated that he pointed out both the positives and negatives on the homes we viewed. He had a great amount of knowledge on how much money it would cost to fix certain things and he was very truthful on if homes were not worth the renovations. He wasnt set on just making a quick sale through us.
