Very professional, deeply knowledgable, excellent network of contacts in the real estate industry and friendly - these words describe Keith & Kris perfectly !Me and my wife were first time home buyers and Keith was recommended to us by a friend. Suffice it to say that Keith & Kris knocked it out of the park and now me and wife are the ones recommending Keith & Kris to our friends.- Keith took the time to sit down with us in an initial meeting. He found out in detail what we were looking for in our house, what were our priorities, my wife's checkbox-of-things-to-have. More importantly we felt Keith was able to setup a good rapport with us. - Keith has a perfect combination of professionalism, friendliness and being candid. This proved to be very useful, especially when navigating conversations about offers, counter-offers etc. We didn't feel any lack of communication.- He outlined in detail all the steps involved in the Home Buying process and answered all of questions patiently, encouraging us to read up online as well. - Kris & Keith helped us look at a lot of houses - clearing our doubts, giving suggestions and at the same time giving us the freedom to make our own choices. - We would frequently text them throughout the day and they would respond as fast as they could type, it was seriously impressive. - They were also extremely accommodating for private showings, whether it be after a full day of work, over the weekend.- They were helpful in the closing process as well, continued to support us throughout till the Closing.All in all, we had a great home buying experience - credit goes to Keith & Kris !
