Rhonda was very patient and informative to us. She helped us make good decisions, and kept us thinking straight despite the excitement that can skew your judgment when buying a new home or land. We have never been through this process before and she was very patient with us, and spent a lot of extra time educating us through out this process. Rhonda was very responsive to our needs even though sometimes we lost focus of our goals and long term plans associated with the purchase of the land. We new what we wanted early on, but as land was goggled up by other buyers and our options seemed to be diminishing, we started to get impatient and started considering lots that we initially were not considering. She was firm when keeping us aligned with our initial goals, and that wisdom paid off because we are so happy with the lot we ended up purchasing. Rhonda could have let us buy, or she could have steered us towards more expensive lots of land, knowing how much money we had to deal with, however she didn't. Rhonda was very helpful, and honest, the kind of person you would trust helping you in the process when making decisions this big in life. Rhonda is someone that I would highly recommend as a real-estate agent, and we will always do business with her.

Rhonda went above and beyond the call for us! She was our agent for both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new one. She is very experienced and helped us to set just the right asking price in selling our home and guided us in negotiating great terms on the home we purchased. She made us feel at ease through the entire (sometimes stressful) process. She is diligent and committed and more than met our expectations. As an example, she spent the better part of two days at my home, directing and helping me prepare it for an open house the following weekend. She had great ideas which made the house show much better than it would have otherwise and I believe the house sold so quickly as a result. Most of all, Rhonda cares. She didnt let up once the deal was made but helped us through all the way to the end. She did everything she could to make things easy and as painless as possible and we especially appreciate her customer service and professionalism.
