My husband and I needed a realtor in the Sacramento area and used Zillow to start our search. Zillow matched us with Michelle Eckles and what a great match that turned out to be. Within minutes of being matched Michelle reached out to me and within the hour we had a telephone conversation to get to know each other, and I was able to let her know what we were looking for. Within that first hour of being matched with Michelle, she had created a portal for us and was sending listings that met our specifications. Because we were moving from the Central Valley to the Sacramento area (a three-hour distance), there was some coordinating involved in touring houses. Michelle accommodated our schedules and was very flexible. Michelle made us feel like we were a priority. She responded kindly to every text message, phone call, and email. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. What was invaluable to us during this process was that she knew the area so well, and we trusted her to show us good houses in good neighborhoods. Michelle worked hard for us. Michelle's established professional relationships proved helpful when she referred us to a lender who immediately reached out to us to get us pre-approved and in a good position to start submitting offers. The market during this time (Jan/Mar 2021) was fast and aggressive as far as homes being sold. There were times we were scheduled to tour a home but by the time the scheduled tour came the house had sold. Michelle adapted to the changing market, and pivoted strategies in touring homes and submitting offers. Michelle showed us a lot of good homes and submitted many offers on our behalf. She toured every home with us and we never felt abandoned. When we decided to make offers on homes, Michelle worked quickly to get the offers prepared for our e-signatures and got our offers submitted the same day. The first tour of homes Michelle took us on was on January 16. I lost count on all the houses we toured, but by February 3 one of our offers was accepted and we went into escrow. We have since moved into our new home and we are so pleased with our new neighborhood. Michelle was with us every step of the home-buying process -- from sending us listings to consider, to showing us homes, to connecting us with a lender, to working with other realtors and submitting our offers, to answering all our many questions, to finding out stats about the houses/neighborhoods we were considering, to keeping us informed with all the details of the escrow process, to ultimately greeting us with the keys to our new home. As a professional Michelle is knowledgeable, accommodating, and effective, she is not pushy; as an individual Michelle is kind, friendly and has a great smile -- all around Michelle is Top Notch.

Rhonda is the best. Ive worked with many realtors so I know. Her knowledge and experience set her apart in so many ways, and her caring nature means shell help you through all phases of your transaction.Right from the start, Rhonda was sensitive to issues of hidden or unexpected costs and effort like moving twice. Shes been through it all and made our entire transaction happen with minimal worry and expense. When we needed to fix problems with our older home, Rhonda recommended contractors and she scheduled their work in many cases! Shes well connected in the community and understands the difference between the serious issues and the easy ones. She arranged for staging and photos that without a doubt made all the difference in selling.Finding our next home wasnt easy, but Rhonda had creative ideas at every turn for finding just what we wanted. My fiance and I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process of finding and buying our house thanks to Rhonda. We met her at an open house we attended and she was attentive and open to our parameters for house shopping. Rhonda devoted her weekends to helping us explore new areas, see the homes in our price range, and prepare for the home buying process. She was responsive to calls and excited for us while we embarked on this journey. Rhonda provided transportation to the homes, coordinated all the viewings, answered all of our questions, took us out to lunch and dinner, and expressed genuine care for us throughout this process.
