As a little real estate investor I need to work with the best realtor that is out there. They need to be professional, reliable, very knowledgable of the area and be the best player of the team. Matt Rubsamen became very soon my MVP !!!Matt Rubasamen guided me when I was a rookie in the Real Estate market, when everything looked as an overwhelming and scary enterprise, so many doubts. He shared with me his contacts from lenders to contractors, but most important he always answer all my phone calls and emails promptly. Always with "I am happy to help" sincere attitude.I just decided to sell one of my house and of course once again I reached out to Matt. We had a deadline to sell my house, and get things right and out there was essential. Matt Rubsamen and his team hit the ground running, they worked very hard showing the house and reaching out to people. They were excellent keeping me up to date with showings and feed back from the viewers. My house went under contract very fast, and once I accepted, Matt and his assistants walked us through every step of the closing process.
