We met Matt when we looked at one of his listings, and we were impressed with his knowledge of HOAs, his low pressure professionalism, and his willingness to answer our questions. I had not often found these qualities in RE sales people. We didnt buy the place Matt had listed, but Matt became our first choice when we decided to list the townhome we owned. Matt dealt with all the issues as one sale fell through and another developed, and he worked harder than we expected. Our place was not a high value home for Carbondale, but we felt Matt worked as hard for us as he would if it had been a multimillion-dollar deal. We also felt like we had a partner working with us to sell our place rather than someone there to make a commission. Greatly appreciated! I dont often recommend people to others, but I would highly suggest a buyer or seller talk to Matt and compare him to any other agent. I believe he will stack up well, and I think you will be pleased with his customer service, dedication, and professionalism.
