Where do we begin? Let me start by saying your choice of a real estate agent is crucial in your home buying process. Some may say but of course! Well sometimes you may have an agent but their sole purpose is to get a commission. Be aware!!! Darling Joseph is by far the opposite. Our process was not easy. We had our eye on a short sale and we were laughed at for even considering it but Darling saw otherwise. She said to us you want the house then lets get you this house. She was honest in saying it was not going to be easy but she also promised that she will be there with us every step of the way. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY is exactly where she was. She guided us, encouraged us, informed us, advised us yet she let us make the informative decisions. She was relentless, determined when obstacles arised . She CARED!!! Her staff were very patient with us as we were first time home buyers, and we had multiple questions and concerns.
