We?ve worked with Dorothy many years. She helped us sell a home we thought was nearly impossible in 2014. She then helped us build in Locust Grove in 2015. We realized 5 years later that we really wanted the McDonogh area and was looking for that perfect house since our in-laws were now with us. This time we had to sell and buy within the same 3 weeks. Dorothy was so dedicated to making this happen. She taught us how to market our home, she had showings flowing in. She stayed on us daily, communicating every step of the way. With her help we closed on a Friday afternoon to sell current home. Then at the 8th day, closed on new perfect home. She can work some numbers like a serious mathematician, she is an expert at every aspect of the home buying and selling process.
