All we'd heard throughout the home purchasing process was how difficult and tedious the experience is. Our experience was anything but that because from day one, Bob Gordon was willing to do whatever it took to find and secure our dream home. He took us to countless properties when it was convenient for us and was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the properties themselves but the areas as well.Not once did we ever feel like he was pressuring us to just pick a house. Throughout the process he was very straightforward, honest and helpful and never once did we feel like we were just another "sale" for him. It was clear that Bob truly loves what he does it shows through his level of service.Whenever we had questions, Bob was there with answers. Regardless of the time of day he would respond immediately.When we decided to put an offer in on a property, Bob would provide an impressive amount of information about the home and other pertinent information, as well as much appreciated guidance and advice. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob and the service he provides and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation or doubt, because I know the way Bob handled our home buying experience is the same way he would handle anyone's - professionally, friendly, hassle-free and with your best interests in mind.
