I was referred to Annemarie from a friend. It was easier knowing a close friend had the trust in her in helping as best as they could to find a home that best fit. She exceeded my expectations, each home I asked her about she was quick with information on it pertaining to recent repairs and new installs. She gave me great guidance on what homes to stay away from even if they looked good on the listing. If you want someone that can answer all of the questions that may have hidden answers, I definitely recommend her! She made her schedule work with mine and scheduled many showings til I found the right one. With her understanding on my desires for my home she stayed positive and kept pushing to get me the to closing. Aside from her guidance and knowledge of real estate, she did everything she could to get me a great home, I hoped to find. With the market how its been she gave me the essential tools to make my offers stand out and even tried to lessen her % to make my offer look even better to a buyer. Although I didnt get a few homes I made offers for, we found a home perfect for me. So when people say things happen for a reason, they truly do. She stayed positive and after all of the house hunting, she helped on every step with closing on what I get to call, home! She kept me sane and never gave up on the crazy housing market.
