My wife and I received a response from Michelle when we inquired about a piece of land. We knew that, if Michelle helped us to find raw land, she wouldn't make much money on that. However, that didn't seem to dissuade her in the least from helping us. After much searching, we decided to look for a house instead. We closed yesterday. Michelle has helped us every step of the way. Words that come to mind when we think of Michelle: Honest (even when we didn't necessarily like her answer); Patient (when we were getting frustrated or weary with the process); Resourceful (she was always exploring new possibilities); Cheerful (when we were struggling after a deal didn't work out--through no fault of Michelle). I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone that I really care about it. If we were to ever look for another piece of property or another house, we would not even consider contacting anyone but Michelle.
