Pat was awesome in many aspects during the purchase of our new home in Meadow Ridge, located in Easley. As a matter of fact, she came to our rescue when my husband and I had been treated very poorly from a competing real estate agent! The agent was totally unethical and underminingly sold the house we had a contract on from underneath us! Our offer was never even presented to the sellers and we ultimately lost this home. But, I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason. We were able to purchase a better home from Pat, with more potential than the first! We got the better end of the deal! Pat was extremely empathetic to our situation and went above and beyond to show us that there are a few great realtors out there who ARE ethical and truly want to help others! I would highly recommend Pat to anyone.....especially somebody new coming into the area! She knows the territory like the back of her hand :)
