Youve found HER.A Back in the day before Kathryn was in real estate, she managed Luminous Brewhouse.A We had just opened Hettys Pizza and needed a place to park on Friday nights.A Kathryn and Luminous obliged us the privilege to park, and a business partnership began.A What I noticed about Kathryn during our first few interactions is probably what all people notice about her, an infectious smile and laugh, a real laugh from the belly; her good nature and positive outlook on life shine brightly.A After closing up shop at Hettys on Friday nights, Id often head in for a cold one before heading home. Sometimes Kathryn would still be logging hours working on her next marketing strategy for the brewhouse back in the office, but sometimes shed be out slinging a few brews behind the bar, connecting with her customers.A Behind the bar is where I hoped to find Kathryn as I slurped down some suds and we would wax poetic about life.A Once you get to know Kathryn beyond everyday pleasantries, it becomes very clear how intelligence is a part of her being.A She doesnt just act smart, she is smart.A If you ask me, intelligence would be at the top of the list of attributes Id wish to have in a real estate agent. When we decided to sell our beloved house where weve begun raising two children, birthed Hettys pizza and stacked up countless memories with family and friends, there was no question as to who we would ask for help in selling our home.A I had seen her marketing in action at Luminous and Only Co, and I knew that there were no better hands for us to be in than Kathryns.A Well, not surprisingly, we chose correctly.A From the get go, Kathryn showed up in big ways, navigating all of the waters with us, keeping us well-informed all along the way.A Any time Kathryn gained new information about what was happening at/with our house, we received a text or a call.A If we were slacking a little on getting stuff finished up on our end, Kathryn found strategic ways to gently nudge us along.A Knowing Kathryn for as long as I have, I understand that organization and checking off boxes brings joy to her heart, so she pursues those boxes and checks them with vigor. A real estate transaction is a long list of boxes to check, and one of the reasons she thrives in the real estate world is because of her ability to organize those boxes so clearly and ensure they are aEURoechecked well.aEUR?A A For anyone who is considering utilizing Kathryns real estate prowess, stop considering and DO IT!A Kathryn is not just good at her job, it might just be her calling.A She is a consummate professional.A Our house was on the market for less than a month and everything about the transaction was as smooth as silk.A There are a ton of choices out there for selling/buying real estate, but I know youd be hard pressed in Sheridan County to find a more professional empathetic, inquisitive, and dedicated agent than Kathryn Law.

When I reached out to Kathryn, I knew life had to change and yet I didnt know fully the scope of what was ahead. Hands down, I now know that Kathryn was every bit of who I needed by my side to make the transition from neighborhood to country. From negotiating an initial contract for purchase, hitting the market for sale, and wading through the stress of a sale of house contingency, she was there in ways I didnt know I would need. From researching what my current house was valued at, and the demand in the market, to negotiating on my future home and allowing me the opportunity to return to the country, Kathryn showed knowledge, insight, resourcefulness, and determination through it all. Having Kathryn throughout the process of navigating the change a move requires, and all the uncertainty and doubt, Kathryn was there. She showed up good or bad and pushed through with a positive attitude that helped me continually lean into my faith. I kept re-thinking the situation and was scared of the unknowns that life presented when I listed my home. I think one of the many things I appreciated most about Kathryn was her ability and strength to look at the current status of everything and still find a way to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and ultimately it was her strategy and empathy that helped my dream (and my kids dreams) become a reality. As expressed early on, my dream was country livin, and that is now what I call home. I know I will be here for quite a while, but without a doubt Kathryn would be my first call if the need ever arises. She was quick to offer referrals as needed for quotes and services, quick to calm the anxiety dealing with so many details can create, and yet she provided the kindest and most professional environment any person going through the stress of sales/purchasing would need. Although I miss the day to day communication with her since we are past the finish line, I know Kathryn is hard at work for each individual she strives to take care of, because that is her, and the Wyoming way. With so much gratitude, I continue to soak up every country sunset and every bit of laughter as my daughter runs around stick in hand enjoying the good country livin we have been fortunate enough to return to. I am so thankful Kathryn believed in our dream, and fought every day to make it a reality for us. I am forever grateful. She is an amazing asset to the community with the experience and heart she brings in everything she does.

Choosing the realtor, you work with, is a very important decision. I would dare to say could be one of the most important relationship/partnerships you will make. This person has to have your back and see ahead of you as well. From the moment I reached out to Kathryn, about being my realtor, I knew I had made the right phone call to the right person. AND luckily for me, she also agreed to work with me! She saw my dream and helped me achieve it. I really cant say enough about Kathryns integrity, work ethic, client FIRST, ON-IT attitude. And lets not forget about her fun, warm, in-it-with you, sunshine personality. I have purchased many properties over the years and have never been as impressedaEUR| and let me addaEUR| although I have purchased many properties in the past, I had never purchased a Commercial/Residential property before. Kathryn helped me navigate this process with confidence and ease. She helped me with so many things including scheduling inspections when I was out of town, and she put me in contact with the right people to handle all the different facets of buying this special property. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I wanted to see the property aEURoejust one more timeaEUR? or when I had MANY questions and requests. And if all the things she did for me was not enoughaEUR| day of closing I was unable to attend in person, Kathryn did the final walk through for me, she took videos and notes during the hand off. AND after-the-sale was closed, she continues to be not only be a resource helping in my transition to the new property but an amazing supporter (aka Cheerleader) for my new adventure.
