First by let me start by saying Dave is the absolute best Don't even look any further, just give him a call!My wife and I had just moved to California from Chicago and were looking to purchase a home after renting for a year. We had never purchased a home before and were completely lost when it came to figuring out where to start. We hopped online and read a few of Dave's reviews and decided to give him a call.Dave first took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. As most first time home buyers, I'm sure were a bit overzealous in our requirements as we had no idea how much home we could afford with our budget. But Dave did a great job managing our expectations and set up a few showings so we could so what properties would fit within our budget.After refining our search, Dave did the damn thing. He was on top of all of the new listings and was very proactive in reaching out to set up showings. He also took the time to teach us the meaning behind fancy words like Mello-Roos and how that impacted our purchasing power. And for every property we looked at Dave ran the numbers beforehand so we knew exactly how high we could bid on each home to stay within our ideal mortgage payment.After searching for about a month he was able to work his magic and help us get our offer accepted. Not to mention he did this during December which we were told was the worst month in the history of Orange County in regards to new inventory.From start to finish, Dave made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I can't thank/recommend him enough!
