Chris Scanlon has been kind enough to list my St. Paul condo on the market last summer. Even though he advised against the timing of placing the property on the market, he honored my wishes and did so. Our previous realtor had put our property on the market and took horrible photos. This wasn't the case with Chris. He took excellent photos highlighting everything throughout the property. He also got our property on the market and MLS within 24 hours of my asking him to, this is another thing that set him apart from previous experiences I have had. He was very attentive to our needs. After our property was on the market for 1 week, we had 2 somewhat interested parties. After seeing that we didn't get a reasonable offer I asked Chris to take down the listing. Chris obliged. Once again, putting his clients desires ahead of his own. Oddly enough, we found a renter with Chris's new pictures in 2 days and things worked out but Chris still has people inquiring about the property long after the property has been taken off the market. Chris has also shown me lots of different properties in the past 5 years and has done so at a moments notice. Always showing up with a smile on his face, he listens to what I want, but he doesn't always tell me what I want to hear, he tells me the truth. He is an honest man with a great reputation to uphold and integrity. My experience with him has been better than any other experience to date. I would highly recommend him.

If I could give Matt 1000 out of 1000 stars I would! Our family is so incredibly lucky to have had the pleasure of working with Matt at IMetro Property to both sell our current home and purchase a new one. This was our first time selling a home and we had no idea what to expect. Matt made selling/buying our homes so EASY with his constant attentiveness to each of our needs.
