I am a 27 year old that looks young enough to be mistaken for a young college student. Also, I was buying my first property, and looking for a place below 200k. Unlike many people, Taryn took me serious from day one. She treated me like her number one client regardless of my budget, and my age. For our first meeting she moved her schedule around so she could meet with me, and discuss some options for my future home. After she got a feel for who I am, and what I was looking for, she presented some amazing options. While seeing many different houses she did a phenomenal job pointing out things about the property that I would had not even thought about. From the great things such as how much natural lighting a property gets, from the negative ones like the age of appliances, and A/C. After putting an offer, Taryn made sure that we would make it look appealing, without overpaying for the property. The first offer we made was in competition with 4 other people, and it was accepted, unfortunately due to some issues with the seller we withdrew from the sale. The second property offer, once again in competition with 3 other people, Taryn's connections with the neighborhood HOA, gave me a heads up, and the sellers accepted it. My buying process ended up becoming very unique, as the sellers decided to declare bankruptcy after we were under contract. The knowledge, connections, and experience of Taryn made the process much more bearable, and understandable. Taryn sacrificed family time, and personal time to make sure that my deal would not fall through. Additionally, her HOA connections allowed for a quick and easy HOA approval. Furthermore, she found a mortgage company that would allow me to do a lower down payment, in a property that typically doesn't allow for such things. Taryn made sure to come to my closing so I wouldn't be confused with any of the paperwork. I am very thankful that I partnered up with Taryn! She will definitely be my realtor for future housing endeavors. I 100% recommend her for anyone that wants a realtor that will so everything in her power to get you your dream house!
