We had a great time working with Dezaray. She responded to our questions quickly and was fantastic at being competitive in putting in offers for houses we were interested in. Her areas of housing expertise are in the Boone and Ogden areas, but we settled down and bought a house in Marshalltown. While it wasn't her comfort area, she did very well in getting us moved into our home and even came to visit the place after we had gotten everything settled. The only reason she didn't receive 5 stars in local knowledge and process expertise was because we were veterans and we were her first customers that used VA home loans. Honestly, as a learning experience for her and for us, it was fairly painless. We did run into some hiccups, but that was not at all due to her. It was our banking institution and the holidays.Truthfully, we would likely seek her out when/if we purchased another home just because she was the only agent we worked with (we worked with three) that made the process painless for us and finding knowledgable, trustworthy, and fun real estate professionals to work with is like trying to find a good hairdresser - hard, sometimes impossible.
