From the moment I walked in to Idyllwild Realty, Ashley has been nothing but wonderful to work with. After my first question of What do you have in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom? we have been in consistent communication. Within 20 minutes of walking into her office, we were walking into a home that met my criteria. That home was not my house, but it was so helpful to hear the creative ideas from Ashely on how I could change it to make it work. We went to another house that day, too- that house was also not my house. Again, Ashely shared her ideas how I could flip the house. So many homes need work in Idyllwild that I thought I would not find what I was looking for. Maybe it was because Ashely could tell I wasnt going to be interested in doing a remodel, or maybe it was because shes so preceptive and experienced that she knew what I was looking for in my perfect second home before I did. It was my first day looking and I felt confident enough to give her my phone number to be put on her list. I was literally driving down the hill when she called. How far are you? Theres a home coming on the market I think youll like. I turned around. Not only did I like the home, I loved it. It was our perfect second home. The process went quickly to secure a time to show my husband, make an offer, get a loan, and all the other things that come with buying a home. I had A LOT of questions.... and Ashley HAD ALL THE ANSWERS! She was quick to respond to my texts, phone calls and emails. When I needed an answers, she got them quickly for me. I cant recommend Ashely Stewart enough! If you are looking for an honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and kind realtor who knows her stuff, go talk to Ashely. She has held my hand every step of the way.
